3. Hosting Agency Responsibilities

In return for hosting, the agency will receive complimentary seats as follows:
Complimentary Seats & Minimum Enrollment Policy
Minimum Paying Student Thresholds
Altitude Risk Mitigation, LLC establishes minimum paying student thresholds based on travel distance from our home office. These minimums are agreed upon in advance with the hosting agency and serve as the baseline requirement for course delivery:
0–6 hours driving distance: 10 paying students
7–12 hours driving distance: 15 paying students
16+ hours driving distance: 20 paying students
These thresholds represent the minimum number of paid registrations required for the course to be conducted.
Complimentary Seat Structure
Complimentary (host) seats are earned based on paid student enrollment and are awarded only after the minimum paying student threshold has been met.
When the minimum paying student threshold is reached, the host agency earns one (1) complimentary seat.
For every additional 10 paying students above the minimum threshold, the host agency earns one (1) additional complimentary seat.
Complimentary seats are capped at three (3) total host seats per course.
Example:
If a course requires a minimum of 10 paying students:
10 paying students = 1 complimentary seat
20 paying students = 2 complimentary seats
30 paying students = 3 complimentary seats (maximum)
This same structure applies to courses with higher minimum thresholds.
Additional Terms
Complimentary seats have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Complimentary seats are intended for host-agency personnel only, unless otherwise approved in writing.
Complimentary seats are not guaranteed and are awarded only when paid enrollment thresholds are met.
