Organizational, Tactical, & Risk Mitigation Courses

Altitude Risk Mitigation currently offers leadership and tactical courses for law enforcement to include patrol, SWAT, and covert operations. Customized courses are available to focus on your individual agency needs. Our mission is to provide high-quality and affordable training to our Nation’s First Responders.

Critical Incident Response Command and Control (CIRC)

This two-day Leadership course is designed specifically for Command Staff, First Line Supervisors, and aspiring supervisors. It transcends the basics of setting the stage for SWAT response, and guides students through global critical incident response, control, and command.

Basic Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (BTTP)

This course is structured for Street Crimes Units, Undercover Units, or any other Investigative Unit that relies upon warrant service, vehicle takedown, or covert tactics, techniques, and procedures as part of their mission.

Tactical Patrol Officer Response Course (TPOR)

This intensive course equips officers with skills for exigent entries and armed confrontations through reality-based drills, case law review, and facilitated discussions. Training covers tactical movement, threat management, ambush mitigation, and less-than-lethal scenarios, grounded in real-world high-risk incidents.

Becoming a Leader in Law Enforcement (BLLE)

This 1-day course is structured to guide the growth and development of leaders within the Law Enforcement community. Although it primarily targets patrol officers and Field Training Officers, all personnel are welcome.

Tactical Operations for Urban & Rural Environments (TOURE)

This intensive course trains officers in high-risk operations, focusing on search warrant service, vehicle assaults, and tactical movements in wooded environments. Through classroom instruction, hands-on scenarios, and after-action reviews, participants master safe techniques, enhance situational awareness, and strengthen teamwork.

Undercover/Confidential Informant Rescue (UCCIR)

This course trains officers in high-risk rescue operations for undercover officers and confidential informants. It covers basic entry skills, immediate action drills, and impromptu vehicle assaults for exigent, life-threatening situations, emphasizing tactical decision-making under complex, high-stakes conditions.

Reality-Based Training Train-the-Trainer (RBT/3T)

This comprehensive course trains instructors to create, implement, and manage effective Reality-Based Training (RBT) programs. It covers designing drills, skill sets, and scenarios to enhance officers’ tactical and mental capabilities for safe, real-world operations.
